Certarus leads North America in low-carbon energy solutions. We deliver Compressed Natural Gas (CNG), Renewable Natural Gas (RNG), and hydrogen. We help industrial customers reduce costs and pollution. You will manage operations that use the world’s largest fleet of specialty trailers.

Role Summary

You will lead the Operations team and technical support in your region. Your main job is to ensure all customer needs are met. You must keep equipment running efficiently and promote our safety program. You will lead technicians and report to the Regional Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

You will lead and manage daily operations:

• Lead the hiring, training, and daily management of technicians.
• Promote and enforce safety policies, including inspections and safety meetings.
• Manage technician schedules, including planned time off (PTO), to ensure full coverage.
• Ensure all equipment runs efficiently and receive maintenance as scheduled.
• Counsel the team on customer complaints and issues; advise on how to fix them.
• Review and approve technician service hours tickets.
• Manage the hub’s financial performance by reviewing reports and improving efficiency.
• Ensure technicians accurately log all maintenance and repairs in the upkeep system.
• Evaluate new employees and provide proper coaching and mentoring.

Requirements & Qualifications

To be the ideal candidate, you should meet these standards:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of operations experience in industrial or oil & gas fields.
• Supervision: Previous management or supervisory experience is required.
• Safety: Strong safety knowledge and background are mandatory.
• Skills: You are proficient in Microsoft Office and can manage multiple priorities.
• License: You must maintain a valid, clean driver’s license. A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is a bonus.
• Knowledge: Experience in oilfield trucking logistics or natural gas compression is an asset.
