Role Summary
You will manage all service requests from customers and technicians. You must evaluate emergency and non-emergency calls calmly. You will prioritize issues and dispatch field technicians. You must follow strict Call Center guidelines and customer service agreements (SLAs). You can work remotely if you live far from Newport Beach.
Key Responsibilities
You will handle communication and service coordination:
- Receive, evaluate, and manage service requests through many channels.
- Communicate effectively and calmly under pressure.
- Prioritize issues and escalate critical matters to management.
- Write professional emails, texts, and chats clearly.
- Function within Field Service and Customer Relationship software.
- Maintain a strong typing speed (45-50 wpm).
- Demonstrate forward-thinking skills to achieve a win-win for all parties.
Requirements & Qualifications
To be the ideal candidate, you should meet these standards:
- Experience: You must have dispatching experience.
- Knowledge: An understanding of mechanics and compressor operations is required.
- Education: A college degree and 3 years of related experience is preferred.
- Skills: You need strong multitasking, computer, and data entry skills.
- Software: Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics and Field Service Operations is a plus.
- Travel: You must be able to perform periodic travel (10%-25%) to local CNG and LNG stations.
