Role Summary

You will lead and manage maintenance planning for four production plants (two LNG and two RNG). You must define and implement systems to manage all work. This role involves scheduling, coordinating technician work, and improving maintenance programs. You must ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. This job requires up to 30% domestic travel.

Key Responsibilities

You will manage scheduling, systems, and performance:

• Lead daily maintenance planning and scheduling across the production plants.
• Create and manage inspection routes, preventative maintenance (PM), and corrective work orders.
• Input all documentation into the Field Service Programs (CMMS).
• Develop work schedules by considering equipment needs and labor availability.
• Collaborate with Plant Managers and Supply Chain to optimize all work.
• Perform data analysis on CMMS information to find areas for improvement.
• Act as the expert for CMMS setup for new capital projects and assets.
• Use IoT and data analytics to support predictive maintenance.
• Assist in budget management and communicate spending history.

Requirements & Qualifications

To be the ideal candidate, you should meet these standards:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering is required.
• Experience: You need a minimum of 5 years of related experience in LNG, RNG, or energy production environments.
• Planning: Experience with maintenance planning and field service programs is mandatory.
• CMMS: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 Field Services or strong aptitude for learning new platforms is required.
• Certifications: Certifications like CMRP or PMP are highly preferred.
