Role Summary
You will work as a Business Analyst focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). You must have deep expertise in Supply Chain and Warehouse Management. Your job is to improve operational efficiency. You will leverage D365 F&O to configure warehouse processes, manage inventory, handle procurement, and ensure security compliance. This is a hybrid position, so you must be a local candidate.
Key Responsibilities
You will manage D365 configuration and support:
- Configure and manage multiple warehouses in D365 F&O.
- Set up warehouse parameters like location directives and work templates.
- Design and implement inter-warehouse transfer processes.
- Support order fulfillment strategies like wave picking and cross-docking.
- Design and implement cycle counting strategies (e.g., spot counts, blind counts).
- Define and maintain D365 security roles to ensure Separation of Duties (SoD).
- Conduct periodic security audits for audit compliance.
- Configure and support procurement processes (requisitions, purchase orders, vendor collaboration).
- Develop training materials and conduct hands-on training for end-users.
- Provide Level 2/3 support for supply chain incidents and troubleshoot issues.
Requirements & Qualifications
To be the ideal candidate, you should meet these standards:
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst/Functional Consultant with D365 F&O Supply Chain Management is required.
- Technology: You must have proven expertise in Advanced Warehouse Management, Security, Inventory, and Procurement.
- Project Experience: At least 2 years of experience leading an ERP solution at another company is required.
- Certification: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate is preferred.
