Welcome to the CNG Delivery Directory! By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement (“Agreement”).

1. Membership Services

The CNG Delivery Directory provides a comprehensive platform for members to showcase and access natural gas delivery services. Membership benefits are outlined in the plan selected at the time of subscription and are subject to change.

2. Registration Information

Members must provide accurate and up-to-date registration information. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of your membership.

3. Minimum Age Requirement

All members must be at least 18 years of age to join the CNG Delivery Directory.

4. Membership Fees and Refunds

All memberships are billed quarterly. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your plan.

4.1 Membership Fee Refund Policy:

• If a paid membership is canceled within 3 days of the initial payment, a full refund will be issued.
• No refunds are available after the 3-day cancellation window.
• Refunds will not be issued if a member fails to fulfill their obligations (e.g., not providing required information for membership incentives).

5. Privacy Policy

The CNG Delivery Directory values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and store your data.

6. Advertising and Rankings

Members may purchase advertising options to enhance their visibility on the directory. Rankings may be influenced by advertising agreements, and this will be disclosed transparently.

7. Arbitration Agreement

All disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the services provided by the CNG Delivery Directory shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration. Arbitration will take place in Dallas County, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Both parties agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

8. Indemnification

Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless the CNG Delivery Directory from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their use of the platform.

9. Service Interruptions

The CNG Delivery Directory is not liable for interruptions to services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, or government actions.

10. Membership Requirements

To maintain membership in the CNG Delivery Directory, members must adhere to the following:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date registration information.
• Hold any necessary licenses, permits, or insurance required by local, state, federal, or international laws or industry standards.
• Abide by all local, state, federal, and international laws applicable to your business activities.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

All disputes, claims, or controversies must be resolved through arbitration in Dallas County, Texas. Members agree to waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits.

14. Confidentiality

Members agree not to share, transfer, or misuse any confidential information provided by the CNG Delivery Directory, including customer lists or membership terms.

15. Intellectual Property and Content Usage

By providing any content to the CNG Delivery Directory, members grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, and royalty-free license to use, copy, and distribute such content for directory purposes. Members affirm they have the legal right to share such content.
