Welcome to the CNG Delivery Directory! These Paid Memberships Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of paid membership services offered by CNG Delivery Directory. By subscribing to a paid membership plan, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Membership Plans

1.1 Membership Benefits

Paid membership plans grant businesses enhanced visibility and access to premium features on the CNG Delivery Directory. Specific benefits may include, but are not limited to:

• Priority placement in search results.
• Enhanced lead generation services.
• Advertising opportunities tailored to your business needs.
• Access to advanced analytics and reporting tools.

1.2 Membership Tiers

Different membership tiers may offer varying levels of benefits. Full details of the benefits associated with each tier are outlined at the time of registration.

2. Fees and Payment

2.1 Membership Fees

All memberships are billed on a quarterly basis. The fees for membership tiers are outlined at the time of registration. All payments are due in advance for the subscription period.

2.2 Refund Policy

• If a membership is canceled within 3 days of the initial payment, a full refund will be issued.
• No refunds are available after the 3-day cancellation window.

2.3 Non-Refundable Fees

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Failure to provide required business information necessary to utilize membership benefits.
• Cancellation of memberships after 6 months for annual plans.

2.4 Automatic Renewal

Paid memberships automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless canceled in writing at least 7 days before the renewal date.

2.5 Payment Methods

You must provide valid and up-to-date payment information. Failure to update payment details may result in the suspension or termination of membership.

3. Advertising and Lead Generation

3.1 Advertising Benefits

Paid members may purchase additional advertising packages to enhance visibility. Advertisements are subject to approval and must comply with the directory’s guidelines.

3.2 Lead Quality and Exclusivity

Leads provided through the directory are not guaranteed to be exclusive. While we strive to provide accurate and high-quality leads, we disclaim liability for lead quality.

4. Communication Consent

By subscribing to a paid membership, you consent to receive communications from CNG Delivery Directory via:

• Email.
• Phone calls.
• Text messages.
• Other reasonable forms of communication, including automated systems.

Members may opt-out of non-essential communications by contacting customer support at info@cngdelivery.com.

5. Cancellation and Termination

5.1 Member-Initiated Cancellation

Members may cancel their subscriptions at any time by contacting us in writing at info@cngdelivery.com.

5.2 Directory-Initiated Termination

CNG Delivery Directory reserves the right to terminate memberships for non-compliance with these terms, including:

• Providing false or outdated registration information.
• Violating applicable laws or directory policies.

6. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

All disputes related to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. By agreeing to these terms, you waive the right to participate in any class-action lawsuit against CNG Delivery Directory.

7. Confidentiality

Members agree not to share, transfer, or disclose confidential information, including leads or membership benefits, to unauthorized third parties.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
