Established in 1997, Tulsa Area Clean Cities (TACC) is a U.S. Department of Energy-recognized coalition dedicated to advancing alternative fuels and technologies in eastern Oklahoma. TACC collaborates with a diverse group of stakeholders—including municipalities, government agencies, businesses, and educational institutions—to promote the adoption of clean fuels and reduce petroleum consumption, thereby enhancing energy security, reducing fleet operating costs, and improving air quality in the region.
