In this role, you will help us manage our spending and find the best suppliers. Your work will directly help us clean up the environment.

What You Will Do

You will play a key role in our supply chain team. Your daily tasks will include:

• Create Strategies: Build plans to buy goods based on market data and company needs.
• Analyze Spending: Review our costs to find new ways to save money.
• Manage Bids: Lead the Request for Proposal (RFP) process. You will draft requests and pick the best suppliers.
• Collaborate: Work with internal teams to understand their goals. Translate these goals into buying strategies.
• Monitor Suppliers: Check supplier performance. Fix any issues that arise.
• Track Data: Update dashboards and reports. Track savings and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Handle Contracts: Assist with writing and negotiating contracts.
• Stay Informed: Keep up with industry trends and pricing changes.

Requirements & Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with the following background:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Finance.
• Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or category management.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI. Experience with ERP systems (like MS D365, Coupa, Oracle, or SAP) is preferred.
• Communication: You speak and write clearly. You can explain complex ideas simply.
• Problem Solving: You use data to solve problems. You can handle multiple tasks at once.
• Certifications: Credentials like CPSM, CSCP, or CPIM are a plus.
