Role Summary
You will perform many different duties to maintain and repair our facility equipment. You will install, repair, and troubleshoot CNG and facility equipment. You must follow all safety and maintenance guidelines. This role supports CNG delivery operations. You will also provide technical assistance to customers and the company.
Work Schedule
This is a full-time position located at the Orla Hub in Texas. You will work a 14-day on and 7-day off rotation. You must be willing to work either day or night shifts as needed by the operation.
Key Responsibilities
Your duties focus on keeping equipment safe and ready for use:
- Provide support for repairs and maintenance of all CNG equipment.
- Complete facility maintenance work orders and required paperwork.
- Assist with safety inspections and auditing of Compressors, CNG Trailers, and Pressure Reduction Systems (PRS).
- Prepare equipment for upcoming jobs, including pre-job certifications.
- Ensure pressure equipment is ready for delivery to customer sites.
- Repair and test demobilized pressure equipment.
- Keep all maintenance tracking systems up-to-date for repairs and out-of-service equipment.
- Comply with all safety regulations and keep your work area clean.
Requirements & Qualifications
To be the best candidate, you should meet these standards:
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in a technician field role.
- Troubleshooting Skills: Experience troubleshooting regulators, valves, instrumentation, and electrical systems.
- Technical Background: An Associate’s Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related field is a valuable asset.
- Certifications: A Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement is an asset.
- Communication: You need excellent communication skills and must deal tactfully with others.
