Welcome to CNG Delivery Directory! By using our platform, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. These terms govern your use of our services and your membership (Free, Certified, or Certified Plus).
2. Membership Plans
We offer three membership options:
- Free Membership: Basic listing with limited features, as described on our website.
- Certified Membership: Enhanced visibility, additional features such as multiple locations, social media links, and basic analytics.
- Certified Plus Membership: Premium visibility, exclusive features such as unlimited leads, SEO optimization, promotional opportunities, and advanced analytics.

4. Payment Terms
- Certified Membership: Quarterly billing.
- Certified Plus Membership: Quarterly billing.
No refunds are available after the three-day right of rescission (ROR). After the ROR period, cancellations are not eligible for refunds due to the nature of services provided.
5. Content & Listings
- Members are responsible for creating and managing their listings.
- All listings must comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, as well as laws governing international business practices where applicable.
- CNG Delivery Directory does not verify the accuracy of listings or guarantee any specific outcomes, including leads or sales.
8. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
By accessing or using the Services, you agree that any and all disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or related to these Terms, the Services, or your use of the platform will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You expressly waive your right to file lawsuits, participate in class actions, or seek remedies through other legal channels.
11. Intellectual Property
The content, trademarks, and logos on the Services are owned by CNG Delivery Directory and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
