• Acknowledge that leads are provided “as-is” without guarantees of quality, exclusivity, or sales outcomes.

CNG Delivery Directory disclaims all liability for the quality, accuracy, or results of the leads provided through our services.

Communication Consent

By using our services, you consent to receiving communications from CNG Delivery Directory and potential customers via:

• Phone calls (including automated and prerecorded messages)
• Text messages (SMS)
• Other forms of electronic communication

Membership Fees and Refunds

All fees for lead generation services are billed quarterly. By subscribing to our directory, you agree to the following:

• Refund Policy:
  • Full refunds are available if canceled within 3 days of initial payment.
  • No refunds will be issued after the 3-day cancellation period.
• No refunds will be issued if a member fails to fulfill their obligations, such as failing to respond to or follow up on leads.

Advertising and Rankings

Members may enhance their visibility on the directory through advertising options. Rankings may be influenced by advertising agreements, and such arrangements will be disclosed transparently.

Confidentiality

Members must not share or misuse confidential information, including customer lists or lead details. Breaches of confidentiality may result in termination of membership.

Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

All disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration. Arbitration will occur in Dallas County, Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

By agreeing to these terms, you waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits or pursue claims in court.

Indemnification

Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless CNG Delivery Directory against all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Use of leads or customer information.
• Violations of laws, regulations, or these terms.
• Third-party claims related to your business operations.

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate memberships for violations of these terms, non-payment, or other misconduct. Termination does not waive any outstanding financial obligations.

These Lead Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
