About Us: Established in 1995 as part of the U.S. Department of Energy’s Clean Cities initiative, Dallas-Fort Worth Clean Cities (DFWCC) is committed to reducing transportation energy use and enhancing air quality in the North Texas region. Administered by the North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG), DFWCC collaborates with local fleets, fuel providers, community leaders, and other stakeholders to promote the adoption of clean vehicle fuels and technologies. The coalition offers guidance on infrastructure planning, readiness, and best practices for integrating sustainable transportation solutions, aiming to create a cleaner and more energy-efficient transportation system.
